WHAT IT'S LIKE WORKING WITH US
Our goal is to make the process effortless and personal. We’ll guide you through selecting one of our designs, or, if you’re going the custom route, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life from design and stone selection to production and delivery. We keep you involved every step of the way and most pieces are ready in just a few weeks.
STEP 1:
Design and Discuss
Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll guide you through the possibilities. We’ll share existing designs and stones or talk through a completely custom concept, including your budget, style preferences, and technical details. For custom work, we create a detailed CAD rendering so you can see and improve your piece before it’s made.
STEP 3:
Production
Once the design and stones are finalized, New York City based craftsmen bring your piece to life. We handle the entire process for you, from building the setting to having each stone hand set with care.
STEP 2:
Stone Selection
Next, we source stones- lab-grown, natural, or colored gemstones. You can view them in person or virtually, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. We’ll walk you through the qualities, cuts, and options so you feel confident in your choice.
STEP 4:
Final Piece
When it’s ready, your piece is appraised, GIA-certified (when applicable), and prepared for pick-up or delivery. Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, so you can guarantee you have your piece to celebrate life's special moments.
